For remodeling companies
Remodeling: the demand is there. Catch all of it.
A good remodeler usually doesn't have a lead problem. They have a catching problem: messages scattered across Facebook, Instagram, texts and email, calls missed on a job site, and a back office that runs on the owner remembering. MainStreet puts all of it in one place and does the remembering.
Messages from everywhere, in one inbox
Beast Mode Remodeling gets real leads through Facebook and Instagram messages from an audience the owner built himself, and through its website form, on top of calls. The messages used to live in a separate app and get answered when someone got to them. Now they land in the same inbox as calls, texts and email, one thread per customer, and sync to Jobber.
Calls on a job site
The app rings you first, then your cell, then voicemail. A caller you still miss gets a text from your business number, and their reply lands in the same thread, so a call on a job site becomes a conversation instead of a voicemail.
Run it from wherever you already are
Some owners live in the app. Some live in their email. At Beast Mode the owner gets new leads by email and answers by replying to it; the reply reaches the customer as a text from the business number. Nobody has to change how they work for the system to catch everything.
Reviews when the invoice is paid
When a Jobber invoice is paid, a review request is queued for the owner to approve, with a follow-up reminder if the customer goes quiet, and every new Google review gets a drafted reply. How the asking works.
Questions owners ask
Most of my leads come from Facebook. Does that work?
Yes. Facebook and Instagram messages land in the same inbox as calls, texts, email and web forms, one thread per customer, and sync into your CRM like any other lead.
Does it work with Jobber?
Yes. New leads and contacts sync to Jobber, and a paid Jobber invoice can trigger the review request. If a customer was entered straight into Jobber, they still get asked.
I live in my email. Do I have to use another app?
You don’t have to. Notifications can come by email, and when you reply to one, your reply reaches the customer as a text from your business number. The app is there when you want it.
I don’t have a CRM at all. Is that a problem?
No. MainStreet can hold your customers, quotes and jobs itself, or we can help you set up Jobber and connect it. Either way nothing lives only in your head.
Remodeling jobs take weeks. When does the review ask go out?
On the trigger you choose, usually when the final invoice is paid, so it lands after the job is done and settled, not halfway through.
