Digital presence · the get-found half

Your customers check three places before they call. We run all three.

Website, Google Business Profile, reviews. And a fourth that's growing fast: what AI search says when someone asks who to call. We build your footprint once, then work it every month so it keeps winning jobs.

Website build + care · from $300/mo

A website that closes, with someone accountable for it.

Most contractor sites were built once by somebody's nephew and haven't been touched since. Ours are built to convert, then actually maintained.

Built for you

Designed and written around your trade and your service area. Fast, mobile-first, with lead capture wired straight into the platform.

Hosted and secured

Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and updates handled. You never think about it. When something breaks at 2am, it’s our problem.

Structured data included

Schema markup for your business, services, and reviews, so Google and AI search engines can read the site the way machines need to.

Content kept fresh

Quarterly content updates: new jobs, new photos, new service pages. A site that visibly changes reads as a business that’s alive.

And it's yours. If you leave, you keep the website, the domain, and the phone number. We build assets for your business, not leverage for ours.

Google Business Profile

The profile is the new front door. Most are boarded up.

For a local service business, the Google profile decides more jobs than the website does. It needs to look worked, because customers can tell when it isn't.

Posts from real jobs

Drafted from completed work in your CRM, approved by you, published on a steady cadence. Proof of activity, not filler.

Every review answered

New reviews get a drafted reply within a day, in your voice. You approve it before it publishes. YVR Roofing went from 0% of reviews answered to 100%.

Details kept accurate

Categories, hours, photos, and service areas maintained. Small errors here quietly cost calls; we keep them from creeping in.

The review engine

Reviews don't happen. They get asked for.

Happy customers forget. The engine asks at the right moment, nudges once or twice while the job is still fresh, and stops the instant someone replies or reviews.

How a review gets made

  1. 1

    Job completes

Your CRM marks the job done. That’s the trigger; nothing for you to remember.

  2. 2

    The ask goes out

A text and email in your name, with your review link — drafted for you, sent once you approve it.

  3. 3

    The nudge

No response? One or two gentle follow-ups inside the two-week window while the goodwill is still warm. Replies, opt-outs, and posted reviews all stop the sequence automatically.

  4. 4

    The reply

When the review lands, a response is drafted for your approval. Every review answered, every time.

Also in this module

Past-customer reactivation. Scheduled check-ins to the customers already in your CRM: three months out, six months out, on the anniversary of the job. Written in your voice, queued for your approval, and stopped permanently for anyone who opts out. The cheapest job you'll ever book is from someone who already hired you.

The monthly engagement

What you get every month, without asking.

Weekly

Google Business Profile worked: posts queued, new reviews replied to, details checked.

Continuously

Review asks and follow-up nudges firing off completed jobs. Reactivation messages queued on their schedule.

Quarterly

Website content refresh: recent jobs, photos, and service pages, plus a structured-data pass.

Monthly

A plain-English report: what published, what reviews came in, and what revenue the system booked.

FAQ

The questions owners actually ask.

Do I own the website you build?

Yes. If you ever leave, the website goes with you, along with your phone number and a full export of your data. There is no long-term contract; 30 days’ notice.

Is this SEO?

Not the retainer kind. No keyword reports and no ranking promises. We do the things that actually determine whether customers pick you: a fast site with correct structured data, an active Google Business Profile, a steady flow of real reviews, and content AI search engines can cite.

What if I already have a website?

We can take it over instead of rebuilding: move it to managed hosting, fix the structured data, wire in lead capture, and keep it updated. If it’s beyond saving, we’ll say so and quote a rebuild inside the normal implementation range.

Who writes the Google posts and review replies?

AI drafts them from real job data; a human approves every single one before it publishes. Nothing posts to your profile or to a customer without sign-off.

Ask us to audit your presence first.

We'll walk your website, Google profile, and reviews with you and show you exactly what a customer sees today. Then you decide.
