How working with us works.
Five promises, in the order you'll meet them: a free 15-minute call, a look at your site and setup before you pay, live within the week, one flat price with nothing to lock you in, and the person who built it answering your text. Here is each one, and what happens if you ever want out.
1. A free 15-minute call
Call or text (984) 646-5210, or send the form. We look at how customers reach you today: your number, your website, your Google profile, and where leads go when you can't pick up. You leave with a straight answer about what's leaking, whether you work with us or not.
2. You see it before you pay
We build your site and set up your number, your inbox and your Google profile first. You look at it, change what you want, and the first invoice comes after that.
3. Live within the week
Most of the work is ours: wiring the phone number, connecting AccuLynx or Jobber if you use one, building or taking over the website, and cleaning up the Google profile. You keep running jobs while it happens.
4. One flat monthly price
No modules to add up, no setup fee, month to month with 30 days’ notice. It covers:
- The intake platform. Calls ring your app first, then your cell, then voicemail. Missed callers get a text from your business number. Calls, texts, forms, email, Facebook and Instagram messages and Google LSA in one inbox, spam filtered, synced to your CRM. How it works.
- Website care. Built or taken over, then hosted, secured, kept readable by Google and AI search, and updated each quarter.
- Reviews and marketing. A review request after every finished job, a drafted reply to every review, Google posts from your real jobs, and win-back messages to past customers, each approved by you. Digital presence.
- Optional AI. An AI receptionist that picks up when nobody can, and AI follow-up by text. Off unless you turn it on.
5. The person who builds it answers your text
MainStreet RevOps is run by its founder, near Raleigh, North Carolina. The person who set up your system is the one who answers when you text about it. No ticket queue, no account manager.
What’s not included
So nothing surprises you later:
- Managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook ads).
- A blog on a schedule, a city-page program, or an SEO campaign. Those are a separate conversation.
- Website changes beyond the quarterly content update, such as a redesign.
If you leave
Give 30 days’ notice. You keep your phone number, your website and a full export of your leads and conversations.
Questions owners ask
How much does it cost?
One flat monthly price that covers everything on this page, quoted on the first call once we know what you need. There is no setup fee, and you see your site and setup before the first invoice.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It’s month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days’ notice.
What happens to my phone number and website if I leave?
They’re yours. You keep the phone number, the website, and a full export of your leads and conversations. We don’t hold anything hostage.
Who do I talk to when something is wrong?
The person who built it. Text or call the same number you called to sign up. There is no ticket queue and no account manager in between.
Does it include running my ads?
No. We don’t manage ad campaigns. We make sure the leads your ads, your Google profile and your referrals produce are answered and tracked to the job, so you can see which ad actually paid.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. MainStreet syncs with AccuLynx and Jobber. If you don’t use a CRM, MainStreet keeps your customers, quotes and jobs.
