Trades

Built for businesses that live on the phone.

Every business we work with has the same core problem: customers reach out on five different channels while the owner is on a job. That part of the system is identical for a roofer and a pet sitter. What changes by trade is where the leads come from, which CRM runs the jobs, and when a customer is ready to be asked for a review.

  • RoofingDoor-knocking reps, storm-season call volume, AccuLynx, Google LSA, and reviews once the customer has paid.
  • RemodelingLeads from Facebook and Instagram, long jobs, Jobber, and an owner who runs the business from the job site.
  • Kitchen and bathDesign-led projects where the first call is a long conversation, not a quick quote.
  • FlooringEstimate requests from the website and repeat customers worth asking back.
  • Countertops and stoneShowroom visits, fabricator timelines, and quotes that customers accept by text.
  • ExteriorsSiding, windows and gutters, where a missed call costs the most in peak season.
  • Pet careA one-person business where every call comes in while the owner’s hands are full.

What’s the same for every trade

The core of the system doesn’t change:

  • Calls ring your app first, then your cell, then voicemail; spam and sales pitches are screened out.
  • A caller you miss gets a text from your business number.
  • Calls, texts, forms, email, Facebook and Instagram messages and Google LSA land in one inbox, one thread per customer.
  • Everything syncs to AccuLynx or Jobber, or MainStreet is the CRM.
  • A review request after every finished job, and a drafted reply to every review, approved by you.

Why there aren’t fifty pages here

You’ll find marketing sites with a page for every trade in every town, the same text with the name swapped. We don’t write those, for us or for our customers. A page for a trade or a town exists here when there’s real work behind it to show you.

Questions owners ask

My trade isn’t listed. Can you still help?

Probably. If your business lives on inbound calls, texts and a Google profile, the system fits. Call and describe how customers reach you today; we’ll say honestly whether it’s a fit.

Do you only work in North Carolina?

No. We’re based near Raleigh and meet local owners in person, and we also work with businesses in Virginia and Delaware. Everything runs online.

What CRMs do you connect to?

AccuLynx and Jobber, with two-way sync. If you don’t use one, MainStreet keeps your customers, quotes and jobs.
