For roofing companies
Roofing: every call, every lead, every review.
Calls ring out while everyone is on a roof, and happy homeowners forget to leave a review. We keep leads and conversations together and ask for reviews after the job.
Field leads
Reps can text a lead from the door into your dashboard and CRM, with their name attached.
Calls while the crew is on a roof
Calls ring the MainStreet app and the office and owner phones, in the order you set, before voicemail. A homeowner who still gets missed receives a text from your business number. Calls, texts, web forms and Google LSA messages all land in one inbox, one thread per homeowner, synced to AccuLynx.
Google Local Services Ads is a real channel for roofers, and Your Vision Roofing uses it. Those calls and messages sit in the same inbox as everything else, with reply and dispute built in.
Reviews after the check clears
The review request fires off the AccuLynx milestone you pick. Your Vision Roofing chose Closed, so the ask arrives after the homeowner has paid. About one in three review requests became a five-star review, andevery one of those reviews got a reply. How the asking works.
The website and the Google profile
We build or take over the site, keep it current, and write it around the roofing work you want more of and the towns you actually work in. We don’t build town-swapped pages; a page for a town exists when you have real jobs there to show.
Questions owners ask
Does it work with AccuLynx?
Yes. Leads, contacts and notes sync to AccuLynx automatically, and AccuLynx job milestones can trigger the review request and the Google post. Jobber is supported the same way.
Can it handle our Google Local Services Ads leads?
Yes. LSA calls and messages land in the same inbox as everything else. You can reply to an LSA message and mark a lead as booked or dispute it from there.
When does the review request go out?
On the job milestone you choose. Your Vision Roofing asks once a job is closed, after the customer has paid, so nobody gets a review request while they are still waiting on a final invoice.
We get a lot of sales calls from other roofing vendors. Does that get filtered?
Yes. Sales pitches, robocalls and spam are screened and set aside, so the office sees homeowners first. Anything filtered stays visible in its own bucket in case one mattered.
