AccuLynx and Jobber are live today, with two-way sync. JobNimbus is next on the roadmap. If you don't run a CRM, MainStreet keeps your leads and conversations in your dashboard. Custom integrations are available on request.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. The engine plugs into the CRM you already use and syncs leads into it — no migration, no rip-and-replace.
How is AI actually used?
OpenAI and Anthropic's Claude run in production for voicemail and field-text summarization, lead extraction, intake classification, and drafting review replies and posts — and those drafts wait for your approval before they go out. The missed-call text-back sends on its own, and AI text replies are optional. AI where it does real work, not where it's a buzzword.
